Appointment Cancellation
To ensure respect to our clients and staff, 24 hours notice is expected for cancellations, $ 75 will be charged if cancellation occured in less than 24 hours.
If a payment has been collected, it will be forfeited in the event of an appointment that is cancelled less than 24 hours prior
Appointment cancellation is to be communicated via phone or the Contact Us page on our website.

No Show Policy
A client who does not show up for a scheduled appointment will be expected to pay for the appointment in full, in advance, in order to reschedule it to another date
A client who does not show up for a scheduled “free consultation” is no longer entitled to a free consultation. A consultation fee of $50 may apply in order to reschedule the consult, and will be payable in advance.

Refunds
Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person. We try our best to set realistic expectations and to employ the best quality procedures available, but we cannot guarantee a “specific” result.
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for products or services purchased, or for unused services or gift cards.
At the discretion of management, an unused service may have a dollar value that can be applied to an alternate service or product.
Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results.

Respect
We will not tolerate disrespectful language, inappropriate language or behavior, or threats. We reserve the right to deny services to any individual, at our discretion.
We will not tolerate discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, citizenship, national origin, genetic information, or any other characteristic.

Payment
We accept FSA. HSA , checks, Venmo, and cash. In the event of a chargeback or non payment, you are responsible for providing other forms of payment along with payment of any bank fee.
We do not bill insurance, but can provide you with documentation of treatment rendered and payment received should you wish to submit that to your insurer.
